Initial Fit Phone Call

We begin with an initial phone call to learn more about the client's financial objectives and determine if our services align with their needs. This conversation allows us to establish a preliminary understanding of how we can best serve the client.

Discovery Meeting

In this meeting, we delve deeper into the client's goals, financial history, and immediate needs. We take the time to explain our process in detail, ensuring that the client understands how we will create a financial plan and make recommendations. Additionally, we gather essential information to formulate a tailored strategy.

Financial Planning Presentation Meeting

Once we have analyzed the client's information and crafted a comprehensive financial plan, we schedule a meeting to present our findings and recommendations. We provide a detailed overview of the plan, discuss various options and alternatives, and address any immediate needs the client may have. If the client agrees with the proposed plan, we proceed to gather additional information required to establish a formal client-advisor relationship.

Client-Advisor Relationship Agreement Meeting

During this meeting, we meet with the client to sign the necessary paperwork and officially commence our working relationship. This step solidifies our commitment to serving the client's financial needs and sets the foundation for a collaborative partnership.

Monitor & Review

We understand that financial circumstances can change over time. To ensure our clients' plans remain relevant and effective, we schedule regular check-ins every 3-6 months, depending on the client's needs. These meetings and check-ins allow us to assess progress, address any concerns, and make necessary adjustments to the financial plan.

  • Monthly Newsletters: Our clients receive monthly newsletters that highlight important topics, updates, and relevant information in the financial world. These newsletters serve as a valuable resource, keeping our clients informed and engaged.
  • Social Gatherings: We believe in building strong relationships with our clients beyond the financial realm. To foster a sense of community, we organize social gatherings 1-2 times per year.
